Job Commence On Receipt Payment Confirmation (50% deposit), Which Is Either:

• Credit card payment complete.

• Money received in Bank Account via Bank Deposit.

Turn Around Times

• Standard laser cutting or laser engraving job turn around is 4 full business days and colouring turn around is 5-6 full business days from payment confirmation.

• An express 1-2 full business days services is available for standard jobs that are required more quickly, a 20% surcharge will be added to your quote.

• Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.

• Payments Received after before 12noon will be classed as ‘Today Payments’.

• Payment received after 12noon will be classed as ‘tomorrow payments’.

• When Balance Payment Confirmation Received.

• Delivery time adds 4 business days for a domestic destinations.

• From time to time delays can occur with our couriers for example in pick or busy parcel or in situation where the domestic movement restriction by the government.

Delays

• Any digitising, design work, artwork changes, sourcing of offsite materials or particularly large jobs add to the turn around time. Turn around times will be confirmed during the quoting process.

• Delays way be experienced at times, will inform you of the delays in a timely manner.

• We regularly deliver Internationally. As signs come in all shapes and sizes we cannot provide International Shipping Rates until we know the details ff your project and your exact delivery address.

• From time to time the destination country entry point will charge a customs fee, this fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Cutting materials: Carbon steel, Stainless steel, Aluminium Alloy, Brass, Copper, Galvanized steel, Silicon steel plate, Electrolytic plate, Titanium alloy, Manganese alloy.

We are using Steel material in 2mm and 1.5mm thickness.

Tolerances:+/-0.005″ on most parts. By running slower feed rates, certain parts the tolerance can be +/-0.002″.

• If you do not have the file just send us a sketch and we will draft your parts for you.

• Cutting range:

  • 0.5-16mm carbon steel,

  • 0.5-6mm stainless steel

  • 0.5-4mm aluminium alloy

  • 0.5-4mm brass

• In which case we encourage you to contact us directly for requirements further.

• Yes, we do customised design, colour, package. Also we can create the design according to your idea.

• Upon receipt of payment confirmation a digital proof will be provided within 2 business days. Once approved we will start process.

• There’s will be addition charges for custom design around RM100 – RM200 depend on complications.

• Delivery times are in addition.

• Some Particularly Large Or Complex drawing projects may require a longer lead time, this will be clearly stated prior to project commencement.

Yes we do installation in Klang Valley and Kedah area.

• 50% deposit require to confirm the order and we will send you the invoice. However, if it's helpful for you, we do accept low deposit and please pay the other balance immediately when tracking number is received.

• Please be mindful and cooperative as we are factory and we don’t have ready stock. The process will take about 7-10 working days, and whilst we try to provide the best service with the most affordable pricing, we want to be fair to all our loyal customers who fulfill their promises/obligations.

• Jobs are either taped within their original sheet And sent flat-packed, Or Stacked And Sent In A Bundle Or Parcel (If You Have A Preference Please Let Us Know)

• By prior arrangement job may be collected from our factory/warehouse, please advise if you would like to collect your job.

• Delivery costs depend on location and weight.

• Peninsula Malaysia: < 5kg we charge RM15, > 5kg advisable.

• We deliver Internationally Too! From time to time the destination country entry point will charge a Customs Fee, this fee is the responsibility of the customer. International delivery cost is advisable.

• Laser time is charged at RM5 Per Meter on laser cutting services excluded material and colouring.

• Cutting time Varies Depending On The Material Type | Material Thickness | Part Size And Profile | Quantity.

• Material price is depend on current market price.

• If You Cut Multiples Of The Same Sheet, You only pay the Handling Fee Once.

• Exact Laser Time Is Calculated From The Digital File
